1. General

1.1 The individual ticket holder due to attend the event is over 18 years of age.
1.2 All reservations are accepted subject to the following conditions of Global Travellers.
1.2.1 That all guests are governed by the rules and conditions of all individual establishments involved in the provision of the event of which the booking is associated.
1.2.2 That the use or dealing in any drug form, theft and other criminal acts, vandalism or violence will be dealt with immediately by the police and taken out of our hands.
1.2.3 Any damages, however caused, shall have to be paid for in full and shall be the responsibility of the guest.

2. Cancellation / Liability

2.1 By Global Travellers Ltd:
2.1.1 Your attention is drawn to the standard terms and conditions Global Travellers are governed by.
2.1.2 Global Travellers reserve the right to withdraw at any time any feature as listed in the ‘Event Details’ on our website/literature.
2.1.3 In the unlikely event that this company has cause to postpone an event, then the guest may transfer their booking to a future event or receive a full refund.
2.1.4 We reserve the right to cancel any event up to 2 weeks before if the numbers enrolled have not reached the minimum requirement. In this case, guests will be offered a full refund or transfer to another event.
2.2 By the client(s):
2.2.1 A cancellation after payment shall be linked and governed by the terms and conditions of our contract. Cancellation charges are calculated from the day Global Travellers receive written instructions to cancel a booking. Please see below:-

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

In the event that a refund is processed, refunds will be transferred back to the clients account minus a £10 administration fee.

2.3   Force Majeure
2.3.1  If by reason of force majeure of any kind (including but not limited to failure or neglect on the part of any utility  supplying electricity, gas or water, labour dispute, strike, civil commotion, war (or threat thereof), act or threatened  act of terrorism, fire or explosion, compliance with a law or governmental order, rule. regulation  or  direction  (including  the  rules of  a relevant  governing  body  or  competition organiser whose rules Global Travellers must comply) or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Global Travellers, or Global Travellers is or anticipates that it will be prevented or hindered from fulfilling the substance of its obligations under this Agreement then Global Travellers shall forthwith ensure that the client is aware of the occurrence of any such event and the client shall be entitled  at any time thereafter, so long as such cause still subsists, to cancel or suspend this Agreement by notice in writing to the Company.
2.3.2  In the event of cancellation or suspension pursuant to clause 2.3.1 above, Global Travellers shall be under no liability to the guests for any loss which they may sustain in consequence of any such cancellation or suspension. Global Travellers shall in the event of such cancellation be under no liability to the client in respect of its future obligations under this Agreement and in the event of suspension shall be relieved of such obligations under this Agreement for the period of such suspension.
2.3.3  In  the  event  of  abandonment of  part  or  parts  of Global Travellers’ obligations  as aforesaid, Global Travellers will not be liable to repay to the client any part of the Licence Fee in respect of any period or periods affected by such cancellation or suspension.

3. Payments

3.1 All payments should be forwarded to Global Travellers, such that they arrive at least two working days before any specified deadline.
3.2 All payments for WMGT events are to be in the form of bank transfers, credit or debit cards.
3.3 Any payments made in error through our website will be refunded – minus a £10 administration fee which we pass on from our payment processor.

3.4 Any charges incurred by guests paying internationally are of their responsibility to fund.

4. Insurance

4.1 Global Travellers has insurance taken out for public liability to the value of £1million and employer’s liability to the value of £5million. It is strongly advised guests take out their own travel insurance for personal safety and personal belongings. Global Travellers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained at our events, unless there is an act of gross negligence by a member of the Global Travellers staff.

5. Group bookings

5.1 When entering and paying for another guests entry, you are reminded that you have accepted these conditions on behalf of the other guest. You are therefore required to abide by all the conditions in this document and take responsibility for passing the information onward.

6. Photography and Video

6.1 Video footage and photographs may be taking during the events for promotional purposes, photo souvenirs and for our event records. You should write to Global Travellers should you wish to be excluded from any photographs and/or filming.

7. Medical and fitness

7.1 You must ensure that the guest is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and accordingly you accept all risks resulting from participation in the course.
7.2 We may require additional information depending on the medical information supplied to us by you before we can accept your booking.
7.3 In the event that the guest needs medical attention during any course you agree that we may provide and/or arrange for any appropriate and necessary treatment.
